Nasipur is in the north of Murshidabad. In the time of Nawabs Murshidabad was a great wealthy city where Nasipur, Mahimapur, Saidabad, Kunjaghata -these places were included.

RAJBARI
Period of Erection: 1852-64A.D. by Raja Kirtichand Bahadur. Location: 2 kilometre from Nasipur railway station. Description: It is a palace of western architectural style, having a lot of similarities with the Hazarduari palace. An excellent temple of 25 steeples of the deity Ramchandra is still present adjacent to the palace.

KATHGOLA BAGAN
Period of Erection: Middle of 19th century, constructed by merchant Laxmipath Singh Dugar and Dhanapath Singh Dugar. Description: Bagan means garden. The main gate of this garden is excellent in workmanship. In this large garden a lot of idols, statues and a high four- storied palace are present. It was famous for its rose garden.

JAGATSETH'S HOUSE AND TEMPLE
Year of Erection: 1788A.D. by Golapchand. Location: At Mahimapur, 0.5 kilometre north of Nasipur. Description: In the large area of east bank of river Bhagirathi, Jagatseth's house, Parswanath- temple etc. are situated. The single throne of Parswanath, Neminath, Sumatinath is made of marbles. Besides these, tiles, pictured in the Dutch style of the temple is very attractive. 

JAFRAGANG PALACE
Year of Erection: This palace was erected by Nawab Alivardi Khan in 1750A.D. Location: In Jafragang, 1.5 kilometre north of Hazarduari palace. Description: It was built for Nawab Alivardi's sister Sahkhanam. Mirjafar owned this palace after marring her. In this palace Nawab Siraj-Ud-Doullah was murdered. This palace is almost demolished by the 1897's earthquake.

JAFRAGANG MOKBARA
Opposite of the Jafragang palace this mokbara (burial ground) is situated. Here the tombs of Mirjafar, his wives, and other Nawabs of his dynasty are present.
